As you’ve probably heard, later this month we are launching our brand new FanPage PRO App. We’ve had an incredible response from our community about this product, so thank you!

Since the announcement we’ve had a lot of questions about the product and how its going to work so we thought we’d provide a few FAQ in the mean time.

#1) What is FanPage PRO App
Our FanPage PRO App is a Facebook  App that allows you to create Professional Custom Designed FanPages in less than 5 minutes. It was developed to help businesses, organizations, bands, churches, and more  to communicate their message more effectively on Facebook through custom tabs that can be set as default landing tabs.

#2) Do we have to create a new FanPage and start from scratch?
No, you do not need to create a new FanPage or start from scratch. The FanPage PRO App is a Facebook App that is added to existing FanPages to help provide customization.  If you do not already have a Facebook Page, you will need to create one.

#3) Is the FanPage PRO App really Free to use?
Yes, there is really a free version. In addition, The FanPage PRO App will have three other monthly subscription options to choose from. (Silver: $9/mo, Gold: $24/mo, Platinum: $94/mo).

#4) How easy is the FanPage PRO App to use?
Our system is literally Drag and Drop. If you familiar with Microsoft Word and Powerpoint, you will love our system.

#5) What are the differences between the monthly subscriptions?
Our free plan is feature heavy, you will not be disappointed, we promise. When our FanPage PRO App launches, you will be able to see a full list of features, however in the mean time, here is a short list of the different plans:

• FREE: 24/7 Editing, Drag and Drop System, 15+ powerful widgets, 1 tab, and more.
• Silver: More than one tab, This plan has access to all of the PRO widgets and the widgets included in the free version.
• Gold: Reveal Tab, Removal of FanPage PRO App branding, Tab Cloning
• Platinum: Heavy Technical Support

#6) Why is the FanPage PRO App superior to other solutions?
We are confident that the FanPage PRO App is going to be the best Do It Yourself Custom FanPage App on the market. We have more features, better pricing, and the best tech support!

#7) What if I am currently using Static FBML?
Facebook has announced that is it depreciating the Static FBML App. As of March 11th, Static FBML will no longer be able to be installed. If you have Static FBML installed prior to March 11th you will be able to continue using it for a “while”. However, Facebook makes it very clear that they want people to migrate to an iFrame Solution. Our FanPage PRO App was built from the ground up and is 100% compliant with the Developer Facebook Roadmap. If you have questions about this, leave us a comment and we’ll help you out.

#8) Why should I upgrade from Static FBML?
Have you ever wanted to customize your tabs with Youtube Videos, Twitter Feeds, Rss feeds, Contact Forms, and more? If so, most of these features are very difficult to do with Static FBML and many of them are not available. You can do all of these  with a few clicks of your mouse with our FanPage PRO App.

The biggest reason you should upgrade from Static FBML is you will never have to code with HTML again or use boring templates.

#9) Will 140ology still be able to help me design a professional FanPage using this solution?
Yes. The release of the FanPage PRO App does not change anything we are currently provide, it only enhances our ability to provide our full service clients a better product through more engaging content and a platform for them to edit their content 24/7.

#12) Will I need to remember a username or password to be logged into my FanPage PRO App account?
No. We know that you already have enough usernames and passwords to remember. You will login to our account via your Facebook username and password.

#13) What kind of training and support will you provide?
While our system is very simple to use, we realize that there will be a learning curve. We plan to offer training and tech support through various methods.

• Training Videos beginning at 0.99 cents.
• Email Tech support beginning at 0.99 cents.
• Phone Support beginning at $35

#14) Will you provide templates to edit?
We realize that sometimes a blank canvas can be overwhelming for non-graphic designers. We will have professional templates for purchase beginning at $4.99. In order to have access to the template vault you will need to have the Gold subscription.
